You’ll partner directly with the leaders of private equity and venture capital–backed organisations, helping them scale by building out their executive teams. All projects are retained mandates, giving you the opportunity to work on high-impact, global assignments.

Ideal Profile

• Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University)
• A levels; AAB or IB; 38+ points
• Look for those who can work pace and with humility
• Confident conversing with high-profile stakeholders
• Demonstrable high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports)
• Phone-based or in-person sales experience is desirable, but non-essential
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercial or sales experience
