• Develop and manage a recruitment desk focused on Technology, Data & AI across Europe.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates, driving business growth and market share.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ recruitment experience with a track record of billing success (360).
• Experience in the European market or knowledge of the Data & AI space.

• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and ready to hustle in a competitive market.
