Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our London-based team before relocating to New York. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top talent across various industries in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across multiple industries in the US.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with US hiring trends, labor laws, and industry demands to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
  • Time Zone Coordination: Work effectively across time zones, ensuring timely communication and availability for both candidates and clients in the US.
  • Compliance & Legal Awareness: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to US labor laws, including visa requirements, equal employment opportunity, and diversity initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and present data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting HR, Finance or Business Transformation professionals is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across different time zones.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
