You’ll specialise in CRM talent within the Higher Education sector, working with some of the most in-demand platforms and technologies in the market today.

You’ll help universities and institutions transform their digital ecosystems by connecting them with top-tier talent across technical and user support functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your specialist market in CRM & Higher Education
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Run a full 360 desk – sales, sourcing, and delivery
• Provide expert advice and market insights
• Develop and execute your own business and sales plans
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process
• Stay ahead of trends with continuous market intelligence
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects
