Senior Product Designer role at IVC Evidensia. We are on a mission to go beyond healthy for every pet and their owners. We’re part of the world’s leading group of Veterinary experts, and our products are focused on complete pet wellness.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Customer Engagement Team. This team focuses on ensuring pet owners engage with us in ways that support preventative care and collaborates with other teams in the Customer Tribe (e.g., bookings, reminders, health plans). This is a remote-first role with digital hubs in London, Bristol, Stockholm, and Porto.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to build solutions that increase engagement with Pet Health Club members and help clinic professionals deliver healthier outcomes for pets.
  • Conduct user research to understand pet owners, their patients (pets), and healthcare professionals (vets) to inform product decisions.
  • Identify quick wins and big opportunities, form hypotheses, brainstorm, experiment, iterate, and communicate results with partners.
  • Champion user-centered design principles to address user needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Think end-to-end: balance creative ambition with iterative testing and feasible delivery, iterating based on feedback and learning.
  • Present strategic context and design decisions to cross-functional partners who may be unfamiliar with product strategy.

What are you expected to bring to the team

  • Experience: ~4+ years creating and shipping intuitive digital experiences; portfolio required. Bonus points if you have worked in Healthcare.
  • Craft: Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills; able to translate user problems into high-fidelity solutions.
  • Team player: Kind, humble, authentic, and collaborative with teammates.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to give and receive actionable feedback.
  • Growth mindset: Proactive in improving craft, collaboration, and product outcomes.
  • Toolkit: Proficient with Figma, Design Systems, and prototyping. Bonus if you use advanced Figma features (variables, auto-layout, etc.).
